The company is sector-focused – with the aim of adding value by helping companies realize their growth potential through providing capital and operating support to strong management teams, all while generating superior returns to our investors and building long-term relationship with our partners. Adding to that, he currently holds Chairman position in several companies including AUR Leasing & Factoring, AUR Microfinance, AUR Consumer Finance, and AUR Hotel Management. He is also Vice-Chairman in AUR Finance, and Arab African Investment Company where he is heading the Executive Committee as well.

Mr. El Sherbiny has over 34 years of banking experience from August 1983 till August 2017; where he was the Maadi Branch Manager and Head of Credit Committee at Misr International Bank (MI Bank) from August 1983 till June 2002 and from June 2002 till August 2017 he was Senior General Manager – Head of Corporate at Arab African International Bank (AAIB).

Formerly, he held board seats at Strategic Securities group, Amwal Securities, Inspectorate QMS GmbH., Pi Capital Investment management- Los Angeles, Capex Corp Holding, and Egypt Air Holding Company. Mr. El Sherbiny holds BA and MA from Cairo University and has participated in several training courses and seminars.
