Since 2008, Ahmed has been a driving force in multiple startup ventures and restructuring efforts within the Banking and Finance Sector, underscoring his adaptability and forward-thinking approach. Throughout his career, he has achieved significant milestones, being part of the successful launch of Citibank Branches in Egypt.

Ahmed was a member of the launching team for Dunia Finance and its Branch Network in UAE, demonstrating his capacity to drive successful initiatives and business growth. During his tenure at Banque Misr from 2011 to 2017, he played a pivotal role in launching and overseeing the Retail Business in the UAE, strategically positioning it as the hub for the GCC region. Subsequently, as the Head of Operations at Deem Finance from 2017 to 2019, he was part of the Digital Transformation of core Operations, focusing on Technology Solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

In his recent role as Head of Operations and Technology at Abdul Latif Jameel Finance Egypt, Ahmed was responsible for shaping the company's technological vision and strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs. He oversaw the implementation of cutting-edge Systems, Digitization of Operational Processes, and the enhancement of Consumer Management Capabilities.
