AUR Capital and AUR Consumer Finance Board Member; AUR Capital General Partner – Head of Placement Mr. Farahat has over 25 years’ experience in diversified industries in Egypt. He began his career with marketing roles at American express and Sheraton hotels.

He went on to join Al Kayan group of companies under the leadership of Sheikh Kamal Adham former Advisor to his H.H. King Faisal. He moved on to a role in Investment Banking at Robert Fleming CIIC where he participated in numerous private placements and IPO’s including the issuance of GDR’s and EURO bonds for LK group. He served as Managing director of Al Borak Group where he lead the firm in large land acquisitions in the North Coast of Egypt where they gathered a land bank in excess of 12 Mn sqm.

In addition, he is the 100% owner of Specialized Maintenance & Security a facilities management company that was developed in partnership with Palm Hills and Power Investments. He is also a 55% owner in Infinity the first company in Egypt to deal in leasing and financing of Used Vehicles.
