Ms. Abou El Naga has more than 23 years of experience in Human Resources - Financial Services and Banking, including NBFIs. In her current position, Ms. Rania is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Waseela, where she joined in January 2023. Prior to that, she was the HR Director for Premium Card Financial Services in 2022. Before that, she was Group HR Director at Tamweel Investment Holding, where she joined in 2020. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, she was the HR Director at Beltone Financial Group. From 2018 to 2019, she was the HR Leader for Egypt & Levant at AC Nielsen. From 2014 to 2018, she was the Head of Human Resources at CI Capital. From 2006 to 2014, she was the Vice President of Recruitment at EFG Hermes. She started her HR career in 2000 at Citibank N.A. as an HR Generalist.

Ms. Abou El Naga graduated from Helwan University, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, with a major in Business Administration in June 1997. She obtained her HR Diploma from AUC in 2002 and holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Education from Louisville University, in 2007. She is also CIPD certified in Recruitment & Selection (May 2011) and was recently certified as a Corporate Director from the FRA in January 2023
