Citibank Egypt, and he subsequently ventured into Citibank Houston, USA, where
he continued to excel in the realm of sales.
After spending six
years in the United States working in both banking and the Orbit Pay-TV
industry, Shady returned to Egypt, where he joined ADIB, contributing nearly a
decade of his career to various sales leadership roles, including in the Auto
sector.
His most recent role
saw him as the Director of Sales and Merchant Acquisition at Souhoola Consumer
Finance, a subsidiary of Banque Misr and formerly under CI Capital. Here, Shady
played a pivotal role in formulating sales and acquisition strategies and led a
dedicated team to remarkable achievements, contributing significantly to the
company's growth and establishment as one of the foremost Consumer Finance
Companies in the market.
Shady is not only a
remarkable sales leader but also a gifted coach and instructor. He holds
certifications from ISM (Institution of Sales Management) UK as an instructor
for all retail banking sales training programs across all levels, earning
recognition as one of the industry's prominent educators. His extensive
experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the world of consumer
