AUR Finance for Investment and AUR Leasing & Factoring MD; AUR Microfinance, AUR Consumer Finance and AUR Securitization Board Member Soha has 23 years of experience in the banking and SME sector, she began her banking career by joining EAB Bank (currently known as Credit Agricole) where she reached the position of President of Corporate Banking. Afterwards she joined a number of well-known banks as the pioneer in introducing financing tools for SME and heading commercial banking and SME division, lastly by occupying the position of Head of 'Commercial Banking & SME Divisions' of National Bank of Egypt.


Later she became the Managing Director of the Social Fund for Development. And finally, prior to holding her current position as Managing Director at AUR leasing & Factoring, Soha was the Vice Chairman of Banque Du Caire. Soha holds a BA and a number of Local and International certificates and courses and was a board member in multiple leading financial organizations in Egypt. Soha was also awarded the following:


▪ Awarded the "50 most Influential Arab women in Economic and Banking Sector in the region" by the World Union of Arab Bankers.

▪ Awarded the prize of the top 100 women in Egypt.

▪ Joined National Council for Women by Presidential Decree.

▪ Top 100 most powerful Arab Businesswomen in 2017 by Forbes Middle East.
